Comparing performances in Cross Country is notoriously difficult. In just four weeks, the SGV athletes have raced over varying distances, over courses that ranged from completely flat to very hilly, and on soft and deep grass as well as pavement. Plus, they’ve raced in cool coastal evenings and brutal afternoon heat.
